World Premiere: From Here at the Human Rights Watch Film Festival London

Updated: Mar 30, 2020

Friends,

We are overjoyed to finally be able to share the good news that our film From Here (formerly titled With Wings & Roots) has been selected for the London Human Rights Watch Film Festival.

Tickets for the festival screenings are available for March 13, 17th, 18th  purchase tickets

London Fam, we’d love to see you at our screenings and are looking to meet up with you while we are in town. Email us if you want to join in our special events including the screening & discussion with HRW researcher Kartik Raj and revelry with Berlin collaborators.  Global Fam, will you help us spread the word?  We would love if you share the poster and your thoughts about why people should get out and see this film. We've provided some ideas for language and hashtags to use on social channels below.

📷We believe that the film is premiering at exactly the right time. With the visible rise of anti-immigrant politics in the US and across Europe, people are ready for nuanced stories and new conversations about migration, racism and identity. We have a critical election in the U.S. this year, and none of us can afford to sit on the sidelines. From Here was made for exactly these conversations.
